This Seaman was an employee of the White Star Line. During the voyage, he was stationed at the Control Room, and had difficulty fixing the turbine power output . He will intercept Frank Carlson when he tries to enter the Engine Room for the first time to go for the Rubaiyat. He will ask Carlson, who he thinks is working for the White Star Line, if Carlson could help him to repair the Water Gauge. Carlson has to do so, otherwise he is not allowed to go on. If the player cannot solve the puzzle, he can simply click "OK" and ask the seaman for a hint. He will give Carlson an instruction to repair the water gauge. The next time Interaction with him is necessary is when the Player is on his way up to False Smokestack to go fo the Notebook. It will be the same process as before.
Later, during the sinking, he was assigned to the B-Deck landing of the Second Class Stairwell, to maintain order and to prevent the steerage passengers from rushing to the Boat Deck. He also prevents the player from entering the Control Room. After all the lifeboats have left he is not seen again. It can be presumed he had the job to row one of the last lifeboats (according to Third Officer Morrow lifeboats 2 and 4), after he went up to Boat Deck. In this case he would be one of the few Crew members who survived the sinking. He is last seen in one of the final sinking sequences, watching the Titanic sink from a save lifeboat. He is the only crew member spoken to in this game who survives the sinking.
