The antidote is an important object for saving Lady Georgia Lambeth during the final hours of the sinking of the Titanic.

After waking up from their encounter on the top of the fourth smokestack, Frank Carlson can approach Colonel Zeitel in the First Class Lounge. He will tell Carlson that he has poisoned Georgia and will offer the antidote in a trade for the painting, should Carlson have it in his possession.

If Carlson gives Zeitel the painting, he will be given the antidote which he can take to Georgia in Sasha Barbicon's cabin. Georgia will use it, go to the Boat Deck, and eventually get in a lifeboat before the ship sinks.

Trivia Edit

  • Gaining the antidote to save Georgia has no bearing on the different endings of the game, except that the exchange causes Carlson to lose the painting.
